• Experienced in providing engineering design support to government agencies around the world including Egypt, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand.
  
• Invited speaker to the World Bank Avian Influenza Technical Series: Animal and Human Health Laboratories and Biosafety.
• Invited instructor for the Philippines BSL-3 Planning, Programming, and Operations Workshop.
• Participated in the development of CDC's Design & Construction Standards, chairing the Mechanical Subcommittee.
• Experienced in design and construction of A/BSL-2, A/BSL-3, and BSL-4 facilities both domestically and internationally.
• Developed the mechanical requirements for CDC's Bioterrorism and Chemical/Radiological Terrorism response laboratories.
• Reviewed grant proposals for the NIH Regional Biocontainment Laboratories.
• Experienced in design and construction administration of Class 10,000, 1,000, and 100 clean rooms.
• Experienced in design and construction administration of cryogenic distribution and storage systems.
